Bio-dynamic milk from St David’s Dairy, butter from Tatura, Romsey Range beef, salt from Mount Zero, South Gippsland lamb, goats’ cheese from Red Hill, chicken from Bacchus Marsh, free-range eggs from Geelong, organic Port Phillip mussels, St ALi single estate coffees, Di’s rhubarb and fresh heirloom vegetables & herbs from Glenora Heritage. The fine estate Victorian produce is where it all begins.

Your crew were also so friendly and attentive. We couldn’t fault a thing, and are so appreciative for your hospitality from start to finish. Being in Melbourne for 2 years now, this is my favourite eatery.
The food is gorgeous. Tasty and everything feels hearty and save my french soul, buttery in the best sense.
My favourite, the steak sandwich. Get ready to be served the crispiest bread with the finest meat and the crunch of beetroot. Trust me. I dream about that damn sandwich all the time.
No faults here. Service, refined generous portions and a hoot of an atmosphere.

Backdrop to a lovely, vibrant part of Fitzroy street, with a scenic field opposite comprising cricket and other sports.
Marco, one of the owners, makes every single one of his guests feel right at home and his staff follow his example second to none.
Fully recommended for just a coffee, right up to a lavish brunch.
I love that the food had originality, not the same as every other cafe.
And the building is gorgeous, refurbished in an old nurses boarding house.
