Fitzrovia’s changing dinner menu centres on the finest quality locally sourced poultry, pork and beef, and seafood, as well as seasonal vegetarian dishes.

Paul’s vision for Fitzrovia will provide a welcome departure from the tapas-mania currently engulfing Melbourne’s gastronomy scene, with big, hearty meals.

Signature dishes including slow-roast pork belly with caramelised sweet potato mash, and cock crab with Asian mushroom and wasabi salad as an entrée. There’s also the beautifully fried seasonal crispy school prawn and avocado cocktail creation that will delight as soon as it arrives on your table.

DRINKS
Fitzrovia’s wine and craft beer list will complement Paul’s efforts in the kitchen, with a focus on locally sourced, biodynamic, organic and additive-free wines.
