Fitzrovia make it their duty to use food from within 100 kilometres of Melbourne, from Bacchus Marsh and South Gippsland to Port Phillip and Caulfield. It’s sustainable. It’s seasonal. And it’s sensational.. Huddled into the busy strip, it joins Golden Fields and much loved Baker D. Chirico.
